Role Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech and Language Pathologist to enhance our outpatient pediatric therapy team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and be eager to collaborate with Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists to deliver comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for a pediatric population aged 15 months and above.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to integrate speech therapy with overall care.
- Educate families about their child’s needs and how to support their communication development.
- Document progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) and state licensure or eligibility.
- Experience in pediatric outpatient settings is preferred but not required.

- Assess and treat gross motor delays, neurological conditions, upper and lower extremity impairments, and development delay.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for a pediatric population aged 15 months and above.
- Educate families about their child’s needs and how to support their motor development.
- Document progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
