Each health coaching program will begin with a free 15 minute consult phone call to ensure the client and coach are a good fit in terms of their health goals, commitment and readiness for change. The health coach packages offered are 6 weeks, 8 weeks, or 12 weeks long depending on your different needs. There is to be a client contract to sign and a client questionnaire to complete before the first session. The initial session will last 75-90 minutes as an in-depth discussion of your ideal vision of health, background and relationships with food, movement, stress, career, sleep, support system, and anything else you wish to share. The remaining sessions will be 50 minutes allowing you the time, space, and accountability to set goals for each week, discuss barriers or challenges, and work towards your ideal vision of health through lifestyle changes. This program is intended for those who are looking to make long-term changes, learn more about functional medicine, and be an active participant in their health. As your coach, I will be your cheerleader through the process and am committed to help you become your best self!
